Wind sweeps the city of Vienna, finally the soil is beginning to dry up after having been soaked for weeks with torrential rains.
My blog invites you to the second birthday party which will be held on 21st of july on the Hot Lands of Lobau just at the crossroads you see above. On 21.07.2007 it was searingly hot while on 22.07.2008 it was quite cold (for the time of year) and windy. We will have to wait and see how 2009 turns out. As of now the Hot Lands still are way too green for the season, they should be brown and burnt by now.
