autumn and spring

The autumn crocus already is flowering here - for some weeks even yet, I was away when they came out. But today no autumn flower - here's one which is supposed to flower in spring only, but does so too much later in the year in higher lying regions:

Oh, nothing has happened - I was just away on holidays, a large journey this time compared to the short trips I'm used to spend my time with, as I travelled almost the whole length of Austria, almost a 1,000 kilometres - would you believe it!! Some impressions here now:

Salzburg is a lovely town, isn't it? Especially when you get the chance to take shots of the cityscape without tourists being in the way which I managed here on an overcast day.
