Mushrooms do not follow the fashions, evolution just don't cares about that one. Nevertheless, for whatever reasons, some of them come in pink:

This one is of genus Mycena (German Helmlinge), most likely M. rosea, but it's difficult to tell with the small mushrooms of this genus - to be one hundred percent sure one would have to investigate the spores under a microscope.

Some species of Mycena contain hallucinogenic substances - allegedly, for example, there's muscarine in Mycena rosea. Therefore I would strongly recommend never to eat them. You might be in for a surprise if you hope to take a trip on them (meaning you might land in hospital, or worse).
