No, it wasn't raining when I took this photo; it was indeed sunny, hot too.
It's just that the heavy thunderstorms of last sunday and tuesday plus enormous amounts of rainfall during and after them that kept me indoors. I guess when tomorrow I'll drive out to Lobau again (I hope the weather's not too nasty) I'll see water levels there quite high, and the roads will be more muddy than they were in spring.
The hard facts anyway are that today is thursday, tomorrow friday. On saturday, the day after tomorrow, Euro 2008 will begin. On sonday, the day after the day after tomorrow, Austria will play against Croatia. Between watching Euro 2008 and working all day long from monday to friday I only hope I can keep up my regular blog entries here. If not, then you may return after Euro to my blog, there's surely more to follow in july. And anyway june, and the beginning of sommer, is the most boring time of the year; just as well that Euro happens right now.
