Seems like we have seen the last of this year's winter already, here in Vienna.Yesterday and today it was extremely hot for the season, above ten degrees Celsius when it should be ten below. Out in Lobau my favourite fast food restaurant (a Würstlstand near the oil port of Lobau) even did open already, for the first time this year I think (it certainly was closed when I was there last time).
Today Lobau was already unbearably overcrowded in the afternoon, so I had to flee back to the city proper. A few more days like this and the spring flowers might even come out. In my memory this is the first time that two successive winters were so mild; last one was even almost without snow, and while in this winter we had some it still was very warm so far.
Well, I think finally the time has come for me to seriously consider emigrating to Siberia.
