They're back!
No, they haven't been away, not really; they never are. I only noticed them today because I stayed in Lobau swamplands till the sun was setting, and as everybody knows they come out then by the thousands. Still, so much less mosquitos than the years before, both 2010 and 2009 - they're so very much harmless this year that I almost can appreciate every sting I get (of the very few I do get!).
