There's still plenty of ice on the bayous of Lobau, and most of the dirt roads there still are wet and muddy, a Napoleon's nightmare so to speak. (They were almost impassable last weekend as most were still covered in snow: which reminded me of how possibly Bonaparte's army might have felt when invading Russia.)
