This building probably could be called 'Justice tower' because this is its purpose; I am sure that hundreds of people in there are accumulating dust on their heads and shoulders but shouldn't be so unfair to them, after all they too are only doing their job, right? - And below what you can see obviously is Vienna underground, not quite running underground here (as well as on many other places).
