It is the Latin name of this taxon, Impatiens (glandulifera, as it is).
These are just weeds, very common really and nothing special at all; and this here even is a foreign plant (origin: India) introduced in Europe which is spreading rapidly and partly replacing the indigenuous Impatiens weeds.
