Today I was tick hunting in the mountains of Leis (Leiser Berge). I caught none while a friend of mine did, and I am really envious now. Seems I just can't get the hang of tick hunting.
These mountains, by the way (hills really, but mountains they are called - in German), also seem to be a good hunting grounds for orchids, but for that you'll have to wait till next spring.
