Imagine this lawn covered with bodies, dressed only with swimsuits, roasting in the sun:
Today was a bit cold for that, and anyway the municipal swimming pool of Schwechat is long closed for the season.
Today, people rather stuck to ice-skating - there's an open air rink just a short distance to the right. So imagine them taking on their swimming suits and lying there - at temperatures slightly above freezing and a constant drizzle making things a little bit uncomfortable.
Problem being, there's no sun shining, so they wouldn't do this.
